实习生代理服务是指：根据客户的项目需要和用工需求由天

都面向大中专院校招聘实习生。合作方式：校企联合办学、开设

冠名班，定向委培、定单培养、工学交替、顶岗实习、短期实训

等。在协商一致的基础上，天都公司分别与学校和客户签署合作

协议，由客户单位与实习生签订实习协议；天都代客户发放实习

津贴、代办实习生保险，并按需提供宿舍与班车服务，给实习安

排多一层保障。

 

 

Through intern recruitment service, tiandu fulfill the whole process of campus talk，interview, entry and accommodation arrangement according to customers' needs and labor demand. The cooperation ways: development university around school & enterprise, open title class, direction Weipei, order cultivation, alternation, internship, short-term training,etc..On the basis of consensus, Tiandu Company signed a cooperation with school and customer, the agreement signed by the customer and intern-company; Tiandu will behalf of intern-company to send allowance & insurance, moreover, we will supply dormitory and buses in order to give much protection to customer.
