【印度】Quess公司完成了对Monster的收购

INDIA - QUESS CORP COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF MONSTER INDIA

Quess Corp, an Indian staffing services firm, yesterday announced that it had concluded the acquisition of 100% equity in Monster.com India.

Last month, Quess Corp signed agreements to acquire Monster India as well as Monster's business in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

The APAC and Gulf business of Monster will continue to operate as a separate and independent entity under the Monster name within Quess, subject to a licensing agreement from Monster Worldwide.

Quess Corp has stated that it will move forward with Monster's leadership team.
