Talking to a chatbot, working with anintelligent assistant and augmenting roles with various other artificialintelligence systems will become standard components of jobs as theimplementation of automation continues to ramp up, according to the latestedition of Hays Journal from Hays China. "Chatbots and the use of AI forinternal communication is definitely on the rise and, apart from the automationof repetitive tasks, this is where we expect people to see the greatest initialimpact of AI systems in their daily jobs," said Simon Lance, managing directorof Hays Greater China.
