The recentBritish Airways tech meltdown that grounded 75,000 passengers was apparentlycaused by an engineer who mistakenly pulled out an electrical plug beforeplugging it back in and causing a surge in the computer system, multiple mediareports said.

The blunderforced British Airways to cancel flights from London's two biggest airportsover the last weekend in May. The disruption lasted for three days, CNNreported.

"Iwouldn't wish this on my worst enemy," said Walsh. "I wouldn't wantto see anybody suffering what BA suffered, and I wouldn't want to see anycustomer of any airline going through what our customers went through," the report said.
