INDIA - HIRING ACTIVITY UP 4% IN MAY

Hiring activity increased by 4% in India in May compared to theprevious month with the Business Process Outsourcing/IT enabled-services andBanking, Finance Services and Insurance sectors emerging as the top sectors forhiring, according to the latest TimesJobs RecruiteX report.

The BPO/ITeS and BFSI sectors saw a rise of 24% and 14% in talentdemand for May, respectively, when compared to the previous month. Seniorprofessionals with 10-20 years experience also posted a 5% monthly rise indemand in May.

While senior professionals posted a 5% rise in demand, freshers andprofessionals with less than 2 years of experience saw a 4% rise in demand inMay, month-on-month.

Meanwhile, talent demand grew 20% in May in Jaipur and, amongMetros, Delhi NCR reported a 10% rise in hiring activity, followed by Bengaluruwith a 7% rise, during the month.

    虽说对于资深人士的需求量上升了5%，但是对于工作经验不满两年的新兴人才需求量同时也上升了4%。

    与此同时，斋普尔5月份的招聘需求指数也增长了20%。根据Delhi NCR的报告，Metros和Bengaluru的招聘需求指数也分别增长了10%和7%
