Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global executive search andleadership advisory firm, today announced that Scott Miner has joined the firmas a consultant on the Technology team, with a focus on the Business andProfessional Services Practice.

Based inWashington, D.C., Miner concentrates on senior executive and partner searchesin industries that include management and strategy consulting, IT and systemsintegration professional services, audit and tax services, IT and businessprocess outsourcing, and public sector government technology and businessservices.

Miner's previous experience includes serving as Founder and Partnerof Ascend Executive Search, Ltd., where he advised clients in professionalservices. He also previously worked in executive search consulting at two majorglobal search firms.

Miner received a B.S. in industrial engineering from NorthwesternUniversity and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

    Miner本科时就读于美国西北大学，获得了理学学士，后来于哈佛大学取得了M.B.A工商管理硕士的学位。。
